• Type and size of the educational institution (school, college, university, madrasa)
• Number of students, teachers, and administrative users requiring system access
• Selected service package scope and included modules
• Contract duration and preferred subscription model (monthly/annual)

Pricing is valid only when formalized through official channels including Service Level Agreement (SLA), Work Order, or confirmed payment through authorized channels.

• Official Work Order from institution
• Online Agreement execution
• Additional service integrations
• Package migration services

Taxes, Fees & Additional Charges

• All listed prices may exclude applicable government taxes, VAT, or third-party charges
• Customers must pay applicable Service VAT separately (currently 5% where applicable)
• Leadswin Limited provides tax invoices for all VAT payments received
• Any irregularities will result in tax deduction at prescribed rates before payment to operators

• Partial or delayed payments may be considered contract breach

Refund Conditions

• Paid amounts are generally non-refundable
• Special cases mentioned in contract/proposal are exceptions
• Partial usage or ongoing contract period disqualifies refund claims
• Payment processing fees (In-Out), VAT, and TAX are never refundable
• SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased

All pricing and billing follows Bangladesh government tax regulations:

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government charges
• VAT (currently 5% where applicable) is borne by the customer institution
• Payment gateway fees are included in quoted prices
• No hidden fees or undisclosed surcharges
