Welcome to Campus Master. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our education management platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms which are designed to ensure a secure, reliable, and fair experience for all educational institutions.

By accessing and using Campus Master services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between your educational institution and RBD Software and Technology. Your trust is the foundation of our partnership.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms, including any future updates.

Institution Responsibility

You represent that you have authority to bind your educational institution to these terms.

User Accountability

All users under your account are bound by these terms. You are responsible for their actions.

What Acceptance Means

Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. Each user must have their own account with appropriate role-based permissions. Violations may result in account suspension.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise specified in your agreement
  • Payment is due in advance of the subscription period
  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad)
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
  • Price changes require 30-day advance notice
SMS Credits: SMS credits are sold separately and do not expire. Unused credits roll over to the next billing period.

Campus Master is designed to support legitimate educational activities. We expect all users to act responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Using the system for any illegal purpose
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service infrastructure

Content Restrictions

  • Uploading infringing or pirated content
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive material
  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Harassment or bullying through the platform

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination of service, and legal action where appropriate. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of illegal activity.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Campus Master. We are custodians, not owners. This principle guides everything we do with your institution's valuable information.

Data Ownership

Your institution owns all data. We claim no rights to student records, financial data, or any content you create.

Export Anytime

Export your complete data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) at any time, no questions asked.

Retention Period

After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion.

Backup Protection

Automated daily backups with 7-year retention. Point-in-time recovery available for Enterprise plans.

Data Migration Guarantee: If you choose to leave Campus Master, we provide complete data export assistance at no charge. Your data is always yours to take with you.

Campus Master and all associated intellectual property are owned by RBD Software and Technology. Your subscription grants you a license to use our software—nothing more, nothing less.

What You Cannot Do

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or branding (except with Enterprise white-label)
  • Use our trademarks without written permission
  • Sub-license, sell, or transfer your access rights

Your Content License to Us

By uploading content to Campus Master, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

While we hope our partnership continues indefinitely, we understand that circumstances change. Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement under specific conditions.

We May Terminate If:

  • You violate these terms or applicable laws
  • Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
  • Your account remains inactive for 12+ months

You May Terminate:

  • At any time with 30-day written notice
  • Immediately if we materially breach these terms
  • If we fail to cure a breach within 30 days of notice
  • No penalties or questions asked
Data After Termination: Upon termination, you can export all your data within 30 days. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.

We stand behind our service, but it is important to set realistic expectations about liability. This section limits our liability to the extent permitted by law.

Liability Cap

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or BDT 50,000, whichever is greater.

We Are Not Liable For:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss due to user actions or third-party failures
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Issues caused by your internet connection or devices

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration if necessary.

Dispute Resolution Process

  1. 1Good-faith negotiation between parties for 30 days
  2. 2Mediation by a neutral third party if negotiation fails
  3. 3Binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh if mediation fails
  4. 4Each party bears their own costs unless arbitrator decides otherwise
Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought in individual capacity, not as class actions or representative proceedings.
